REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR PRINTING OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION(IEC) MATERIALS

(a) BACKGROUND:
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is a not-for-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes expert in health, education, nutrition, environmental, economic development, civil society, gender equality, youth, research, humanitarian services and technology – creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today’s interrelated development challenges. AHNI is supporting the government of Nigeria (GON) to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigerian capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care, and related services in various states within Nigeria.

Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is inviting competent and qualified printing companies to submit sealed quotations for the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials as listed in the weblink below:

6Evidence of experience in award(s) of printing of IEC Materials of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years: Bidders must provide copy(ies) of Job Orders (Purchase Orders or Contract) and proof of delivery(ies)-Delivery Notes/Waybills
7Financial Quotation and requisite Commercial Terms (Delivery Leadtime, Quality, Warranty, Validity of Quotation, Payment Terms etc)

(e) SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-6) and Financial Quotation including commercial terms (Criteria 7) MUST be separated, signed by the authorized representative, and submit in a sealed envelope. Your submission must be appropriately titled, addressed, and submitted to:

(f) DELIVERY LOCATION:
This IEC Materials will be delivered to Awka in Anambra State after full production and certification by the Technical Team. You are expected to create a separate line for your delivery cost as may be applicable.

  • AHNI is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance; with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws;
  • You are expected to quote for all items as contained in the specification provided in the weblink.
  • All proposal document submitted including prices must be valid for a period of six (6) month from the tender due date. This include but not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement.

(h) CLOSING DATE:
