EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
BACKGROUND
Banyan Global is the prime recipient of the USAID-funded Nigeria Health Workforce Management (HWM) Activity Task Order No. 72062020F00009. Bayan Global through her affiliate BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is currently implementing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Health Workforce Management (HWM) Activity, a five-year task order to support the establishment of a cost-effective, well trained, and motivated health workforce, particularly in targeted rural and remote areas of Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi, and Sokoto States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In compliance with procurement best practices, BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is calling for Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested, competent and qualified, duly established companies in Abuja-FCT, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi and Sokoto to participate in the prequalification exercise.
BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte will be engaging eligible vendors within the categories of services listed below, to be on the Organizations vendor database and have contract within a period of a year with them. These vendors will provide goods and services to support the HWM Activity on and as when required during the stated period.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
A company cannot express interest in more than two (2) categories. A PDF copy in one document of the EOIs documents should be sent to hwmprocurement@banyanglobal.com using the reference number, category and state of operation as the subject of the mail. Example: “HMW/01/2023 Category A- supply of stationary, Abuja”. All category with full documentation and requirement that will make it eligible.
ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION CRITERIA MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Evidence Of physical Registered office– Please attach utilitybill e.g., Electricity/Water bill etc. or tenancy agreements with the name of the firm. MANDATORY 7. Financial statement for the last three months in the name of the firm i.e. (October 2022 – December 2022) MANDATORY 8. A minimum of three reference letters from current clients i.e. For the period 2019 – 2022. MANDATORY 9. Letterhead with individual name or business name MANDATORY 10. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws.

- As part of the prequalification process, BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte may visit the location(s) of prospecting suppliers to assess their physical presence, capacity, and capability.
- Only successful pre-qualified suppliers would be invited to participate in BG Laurel International Services Nigeria Ltd/Gte routine Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP).
SECTION E: DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
All expression of interest document must be delivered on or before 5.00pm local time on 12th of February 2023.
