INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND BIDDING FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FABRICATION SERVICES
The Borno State Government through State Universal Basic Education Board in compliance with Public Procurement Act 2007 and Borno State Bureau on Public Procurement Law 2019, wish to invites, interested, reputable and competent contractors to submit tender for UBEC/SUBEB/BESDA2023 projects.
The projects are for the following Lots:
Lot 1 Construction of 15-Classrooms Storey Building at Hawul Lot 2 Construction of 15-Classrooms Storey Building at Kwaya Kusar Lot 3 Construction of Wall Perimeter fence 220.00 x 2.40mhgh with Gate House for Digital Training Centre at Bayo Lot 4 Construction of Wall Perimeter fence 220.00 x 2.40mhgh with gate House for Digital Training Centre at Mafa Lot 5 Construction of Wall Perimeter fence 220.00 x 2.40mhgh with gate House for Digital Training Centre at Magumeri Lot 6 Construction of Wall Perimeter fence 220.00 x 2.40mhgh with Gate House for Digital Training Centre at Mobbar Lot 7 Fabrication of 2 seater pupils furniture and transportation from Maiduguri to Hawul (737) units Lot 8 Fabrication of 2 seater pupils furniture and transportation from Maiduguri to Kwaya Kusar (737) units
(1) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Reliable list of similar work executed (Letter of Award/Certificate of completion photocopy).
(iii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
(iv) Evidence of VAT registration / VAT remitted.
(v) Technical capability of the company.
(vi) Audited financial statement of account for the last three years
List of pre-qualified bidders will be placed on the Notice Board of the BESDA Office
(2) TENDER/BIDDING DOCUMENT
(i) The tender document will be available for collection upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000.00.
(ii) Pre-qualification document are to be submitted as from6 -13 February, 2023 and will be opened immediately
(3) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Tender are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the conference Hall of the Board Headquarter SUBEB. No. 1, Jos Road, Maiduguri, Borno State from Friday, 17 February, 2023 and will be closed on Thursday, 23 February, 2023 between 8:00am to 3:30pm.
The document should be clearly marked “tender” for specific lot and must be addressed to the:

andshall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission
(4) NOTE
- Tenders submitted after deadline of submission will be returned unopened
- Borno BESDA will not be liable for improper submission or unregistered tenders
- Any tender that does not comply with the above requirements or any form of deviation from the requirement will be rejected.
