EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF 138 UNITS OF INDUSTRIAL STRAIGHT SEWING MACHINE
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Migration for Development Programme (PMD)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure with the following but not limited specification:
138 units of industrial straight sewing machine standard coil, table and clutch
motor/full kits each. With specifications below:
Maintenance free, Optimum performance, Complete set (Table – 47″ X 22″ and 54″ X 28″ dimensions – Maximum), Clutch motor, the machine head, High-speed Lock-stitch, Speed Max. 5,500 (S.P.M.)
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Official letter expressing interest.
b. Concise company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in relevant area.
d. Bank Reference Letter
e. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of industrial sewing machines with values that add up to minimum of 32,000,000 naira). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
f. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating minimum average turnover of NGN 32,000,000.00 in the year 2019, 2020 and 2021 (or more recent)
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles De Gaulle Street, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Wednesday 1st March 2023 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
