INVITATION TO TENDER FOR BESDA 2022 PROJECTS KATSINA STATE

Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board wishes to invite contractors to tender for 2022 “BESDA/state Universal Basic Education Board (BESDA)’ Projects in the State. Interested companies/firms are requested to bid for projects on IQs centres conventional schools components (Ventilated Improved Pit Toilets).

(3) BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BIDDERS:

Interested contractors must be reputable and technically competent with verifiable track record on similar projects. All pre-qualification documents shall be subjected to strict technical evaluation, as such, interested contractors shall submit the following documents.

(i) Evidence of incorporation with CAC or Business Name Registration.

(ii) Registration Certificate with Katsina State Tenders Board

(iii) Certificate of Registration as Contractor with SUBEB Katsina.

(iv) Evidence of Tax Clearance for three years (2019/2020/2021)

(v) Certificate of Registration with Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (In case limited liability company)

(vi) Certificate of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) (In case limited liability company)

(vii) Certificate of Compliance with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) (In case limited liability company)

(viii) Evidence of Registration with National Bureau of Public Procurement (In case limited liability company)

(ix) Evidence of Company’s Financial Capability

(x) Evidence of Award and Completion of similar jobs in the past.

(xi) Company’s profile experience and qualification of key personnel.

(4) SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED TENDER DOCUMENTS.

(a) All Tender Documents are to be obtained from SUBEB Headquarters upon payment $10,000.60 non-refundable through outlined Bank

(b) The completed Tender documents MUST be submitted ) in sealed envelope(s) and clearly marked the LOT (S) for each project in view as itemized in paragraph 2 (1-7) above and Shall be addressed and delivered to:

Not later than 10:00am on Friday 10 March, 2023. The documents will be opened, by 11:00am on the closing date at the Board’s Conference Hall.

Please NOTE:

That

(a) The Board reserves the right to reject any Tender Document package that does NOT fulfill its Guidelines.

(b) This invitation to Tenders shall not be considered as a commitment to the part of State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Katsina, nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from the (SUBEB) or from the State Government and/or any of its departments, by virtue of such company having responded to this advertisement.

(c) Only successful Qualified Bidders will be considered for Tender.

(d) Bidders are advised to deal directly with SUBEB as NO Agent or Proxy have been appointed for this purpose. Any Bidder or persona(s) that does contrary to the laid down instructions does so at his/her own risk.

(e) Further clarification can be obtained from the Director Physical Planning at the Board’s Headquarters as outlined in the address above.
