REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF 150NO TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS AND IMPROVEMENT OF EARTHING IN BIRNIN KEBBI METROPOLIS AND ENVIRONS
PROJECT CONTRACT NO: KBSTB/MWRD/REB/2023
The Kebbi State Ministry of Water resources wishes to invite suitable and qualified contractors for the Rehabilitation of 150No Transformer Substations and Improvement of Earthing in Birnin Kebbi Metropolis and Environs.
The scope of work for the project shall include the followings:
(i) Rehabilitation of 150 No Transformer Substations in Birnin Kebbi environs
(ii) Earthing works of 150 No Substation in Birnin Kebbi and Environs
Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
Electrical engineering firms, representative of manufacturers etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc
(b) Kebbi State ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate
(c) Letter of confirmation by applicants Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and Articles of Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
(n) List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(j) Third party insurance.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
Electrical engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of electrical materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before one week from the date of this advertisement (2 MARCH, 2023).
The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserve the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement.
