  1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACRESAL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract1 for SUPPLY OF ICT EQUIPMENTS
  2. The Nasarawa State Project Management Unit -Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (NS-ACRESAL) Project on behalf of Nasarawa State now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for; SUPPLY OF ICT EQUIPMENTS FOR STATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT
  3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2021 edition (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Nasarawa State Project Management Unit – Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9.00am to 4.00pm at the address given below excluding public holidays.
  5. The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NGN50,000. The method of payment will be Bank with account number 2000246005, FCMB Bank in favor of Nasarawa State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes. The document will be collected at the address stated below.
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12noon, 21st March, 2023 Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
  7. All Bids must be accompanied by a BID SECURITY of SEVEN MILLION NAIRA (NGN7M)
  8. Qualification Criteria:
    To be eligible, a bidders must meet the following criteria:
    a. Have a general supply experience of at least Ten (10) years.
    b. Have a minimum of Three (3) similar contracts of at least N65M each, that have been satisfactorily or substantially 100% delivered.
    c. Minimum average annual turnover in supply of ICT Equipment of at least N300m in the last Five (5) years.
    d. Provide evidence of firm’s corporate registration in Nigeria.
    e. Provide annual audited account for the last Five (5) years to demonstrate the soundness of the bidder financial situation.
    f. Have liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability of confirmed positive credit facilities of not less than N80Million.
    g. Have no history court/arbitral award decisions at least for the past Five (5) years.
