The Interested supplier shall request FWA tender dossier (Stating the FWA Number, type of work/service/supply on your mail subject) from the Contracting Authority using the contact email details below:
Selection Criteria:
- Evidence of proof of experience attached at list 1 year in similar works/services/supply preferable with an I/NGO.
- Updated supplier document (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate & SCUML Certificate if applicable Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering).
- Filled tender dossier capturing supplier total price offer either per Lots or Lot Sum.
