INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDER FOR YEARS 2020 & 2021 UBE INTERVENTION FUND PROJECTS
(A) The State Universal Basic Education Board on behalf of Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Abuja and in compliance with due process requirements on Award of Contracts, hereby invite all interested companies and Allied Corporate Agencies to forward their documents for Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding (by Qualified Contractors only) for the Construction of blocks of Classrooms, Completion / Construction of blockwall Fence, Repair and Renovation of Buildings, Procurement and Supply of Furniture, Sporting items, ICT materials, Mechanical Cutting Machines, Water and Sanitation; including Preliminary Survey, Drilling and Reticulation of Boreholes, Construction of Motorized Deep Wells and Squatting Toilets and Procurement and Supply of Office Equipment and TVS Motorcycles.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(ii) Evidence of Registration / Renewal of Registration with the State Ministry of Works and Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives;
(iii) Evidence of Registration with Osun SUBEB / Renewal;
(iv) Income Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years;
(v) Evidence of VAT Registration;
(vi) Articles and Memorandum of Association;
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability;
(viii) Tax Payer Identification Number (TIN);
(ix) Evidence of Previous Jobs Completion with Certificates of Performance;
(x) Audited Account of Bidder for the last three (3) years;
(xi) List of Technical Personnel and their qualifications
(D) TENDER FEE:
Each of the shortlisted bidder will be contacted to collect Tender documents at a non-refundable graduated fee to be paid to the identified Bank.
(E) SUBMISSION:
Completed Tender Document must be returned in sealed envelope, stating the Contract and specific lot identification/ number on the left hand side and address to:

Prequalification is valid for Three (3) weeks while submission of Tender is valid for Six (6) weeks from the date of this publication (23 March, 2023). The submission will be opened immediately after the closing date which is Six (6) weeks from date of Publication of this advert (23 March, 2023), at the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in the presence of all Bidders who choose to attend.
Late submission of Tender documents will not be entertained.
NOTE:
(i) Only the bids of those who fulfils the pre-qualification and Tender criteria would be considered. State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) is not duty bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
(ii) State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) reserves the right to reject or all pre-qualification packages.
(iii) Full tendering procedures will be applied to tenders that are found prima facie qualified and capable of executing the listed projects.
(iv) This advertisement cancels the earlier advertisement of Guardian and the Nation of July 21 and 22, 2022 respectively.
