NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PROCUREMENT PROCEEDINGS OF ALL PROJECTS ADVERTISED FOR UBE INTERVENTION PROJECTS FOR YEARS 2020 AND 2021.
This is to announce to the General Public particularly those that responded to the Advertisement on the “Invitation to Tender” for the OSUN SUBEB/UBE 2020 and 2021 Intervention Years projects as advertised on The Nation Newspaper of 26th July 2022, The Guardian of 27th July 2022 and Osun SUBEB website that the Management of the OSUN SUBEB has cancelled the procurement proceedings in the Public interest.
The OSUN SUBEB in line with the provisions of the Section 28 (b) of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 hereby cancels the procurement proceedings in the public interest, without incurring any liability to the bidders. This is largely due to plan adjustments, re-scoping of Contracts, inflation and other tangible factors that could impede in the successful implementation of the projects.
Prospective bidders should look out for future Advertisement on National Newspapers and the OSUN SUBEB website for Procurement opportunities under the UBE Interventions.
Note: Bidders that responded to the previous advertisement should contact the Procurement Department of OSUN SUBEB for refund of Tender Fees earlier paid.
