INVITATION TO TENDER FOR BOARDING OF UNSERVICEABLE MOTOR VEHICLES
Preamble
The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) Topo — Badagry, intends to board some of its unserviceable motor vehicles in accordance with Section 55 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
2. Interested members of the Public can in addition to this advertisement see details about the vehicles on the College website (www.ascon.qov.nq) Procurement Notice Board and the Procurement Department.
3. Description of the Motor Vehicles for Disposal.

4. Interested members of the public are to obtain Tender Document at Room 19, Procurement Department Administrative/Teaching Block, ASCON Phase I Complex, Topo – Badagry on presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only paid to Treasury Account or the College Cash Office.
4. 1. A maximum of four (4) weeks is given for the inspection of the vehicles within working hours at the respective locations.
4.2. Please Note: Multiple bids will not be entertained.
4.3. The vehicles shall be bid for “as is” without testing.
5. Submission and Opening of Bids 5.1 Completed bid shall be in sealed envelope, labeled ” LOT NO” at the top fight hand corner, addressed to the Director-General, Administrative Staff College Of Nigeria, P.M.B. 1004, Topo – Badagry and deposited in the designated Tender Box in the Office of the Director-General on or before 12.00 noon Friday 10th March, 2023.
