INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF SOLAR DRIVEN WATER SUPPLY SCHEMES IN MAIDUGURI METROPOLITAN (M.M.C) AND JERE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS
The Borno State Government in collaboration with WaterAid, The Coca-Cola Foundation (TCCF) is inviting competent, reputable companies for expression of Interest to make tender for the under listed projects:
(i) Water Supply Scheme in selected communities in Maiduguri Metropolitan Council (M.M.C)
(a) Limanti Rehabilitation of Borehole and ancillary work
(b) Pompomari Behind 20 Housing Units Drilling of Middle Aquifer Borehole with complete package
(ii) Water Supply Scheme in selected communities in Jere
(a) Jiddari Rehabilitation of Borehole
(b) Gomari Drilling of Middle Aquifer Borehole and ancillary work
(iii) Project Supervisor
Interested companies with relevant experience, strong financial standing and sound records are invited to tender for the construction/rehabilitation of the above projects. A non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only should be paid to the Borno State Board of Internal Revenue/Revenue Cashier of the Ministry of Water Resources, Water House Shehu Laminu Way P.M.B 1188 Maiduguri Borno State.
The completed Tender documents must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked at the right-hand corner “Tender for the Construction of water supply scheme” for the attention of Secretary Tenders Board, Borno State Ministry of Water Resources P.M.B 1188, Maiduguri. It should also be accompanied with but not limited to the following: –
(i) Photocopy of certificates of Incorporation
(ii) Article and Memorandum of Association
(iii) Copy of current Tax Clearance of three years,
(iv) Contract Registration Certificate.
(v) Evidence of similar work done in the past with certificate of completion
Please note that the Ministry will publicly open the received tenders at 12:00 noon two weeks from the date of publication (22, MARCH 2023) at the Ministry’s Conference Hall.
Note: Also that the Ministry is not obliged to accept the highest or lowest tender
