The Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria and ECOWAS intends to launch a low and middle-value negotiated procedure to establish a direct contract for the conversion of a bedroom to Panic Room for 15 units of apartments for the Delegation of European Union to Nigeria expats staff accommodation at Bouygues Compound Life camp.
