INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
REF: IRC/2NG/MAI/MPA/05/2023 AND IRC/2NG/MAI/MPA/04/2023

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

 The RFP is intent to secure competitive proposals to select suppliers or vendors for supply of goods and provision of services for the International Rescue committee Nigeria Country program Offices.

All eligible Suppliers and Vendors that qualify and are technically competent for the supply of the goods and services in the categories provided are invited to submit their proposals.

Interested and qualified companies are invited to obtain Tender documents (RFP) from IRC offices located highlighted below.

Bid Submission Closes on 16 March 2023 at 11:59pm

Acceptance of your bid(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to IRC’s Terms and Conditions. IRC does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid.

NOTE: BIDS SUBMITTED WITHOUT COMPLETED AND SIGNED BIDDING DOCUMENTS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
