INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY/PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
INTERSOS is a non-profit humanitarian organization that is committed to working at the frontline to bring humanitarian assistance to people in danger, victims of natural disasters and armed consists. INTERSOS is a humanitarian organization on the front-line of emergencies, bringing assistance to victims of armed comets, natural disasters and extreme exclusion with particular attention to the protection of the most vulnerable people.
Our humanitarian workers have been helping people affected by humanitarian crises in Nigeria since 2016: we provide lifesaving and life-sustaining basic essential services under Health, Nutrition, WaSH, Protection, Livelihoods and Food security.
(1) How to obtain the Tender Dossier:
(a) The dossier is available from the Contracting Authority’s by requesting it via email at the following address: https://www.intersos.org/tender/
(b) Bidders MUST also complete and submit the Call for Prequalification documents online.

(2) Prospective bidders with questions regarding the tender dossier should send them to: tenders.nigeria@intersos.org (mentioning the Category reference of the dossiers as indicated in the chart below) at least ve calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority must reply to all interested parties with questions at least three calendar days before the deadline for submission of the Tender document. Eventual clarifications or minor changes to the tendering process shall be published at the latest three calendar days before the submission deadline.

(3) Deadline for submission of complete set of the tender dossier: The deadline for submission of the tender document is on Friday 31 of March, 2023 at 5pm, Any submission received by the Contracting Authority after this deadline will not be considered. All submission must be submitted to below address on or before the deadline clearly marked with the category reference number in a sealed envelop or via email at tendersubmission.nigeria@intersos.org
