REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROTOTYPE BUDGET WEB-BASED STUDIO

(1) Kogi State Ministry of Finance, Budget and Economic, Planning, through the office of the Permanent Secretary, Budget and Economic Planning, Invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders to bid for the Construction of Prototype Budget Web-based Studio, to house the Budget and Planning wing of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning.

(2) Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the Kogi State Procurement Guideline on Works, available on www.bpp.kg.gov.ng  and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Further information may be obtained from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Budget and Planning, Ministry of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, State Secretariat Complex, Lokoja, Kogi State, within the work days and hours.

(3) Bidding Requirements:

  • Evidence of CAC registration;
  • Comprehensive Company profile;
  • Evidence of similar job done in the last 3 years;
  • Audited Accounts for the last 3 years;
  • Tax certificates for the last three years (2020, 2021, 2022);
  • Evidence of Financial Capacity duly issued from a reputable bank in Nigeria;
  • Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement;
  • purchase of bidding document upon payment of non-refundable fees of N150,0000 in favour of Permanent Secretary, Budget and Economic Planning via UBA Account Number 1025623085.

(4) Bids must be delivered to the address in No. 5 below on or before Wednesday, April 5, 2023 12:00pm (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at noon on April 5, 2023.
