INVITATION TO TENDER FOR EXECUTION OF YEAR 2023 CAPITAL PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Giwa Local Government Council wishes to undertake the procurement of various Works and Services under the Year 2023 Capital Appropriation. In compliance with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Act 2017, the council invites interested and qualified Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers and Service Providers to bid for the procurement and execution of the under listed projects:
(2.0) CATEGORY A: WORKS
Interested contractors are invited to submit their companies Technical and Financial bid for these projects.

(3.0) CATEGORY B: SUPPLIES
Interested companies are invited to submit their companies quotations for the following supplies:

(5.0) REQUIREMENTS
(i) All contractors, suppliers and consultants would be rated based on the following requirements:
(ii) Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(iii) Technical and Financial Competency.
(iv) Evidence of Tax Clearance.
(v) Registration with Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority.
(vi) Kaduna State Business Premises Registration.
(vii) Evidence of compliance with ITF.
(viii) Evidence of compliance with PENCOM.
(ix) Evidence of Compliance with NSITF.
(6.0) SUBMISSION
Tender Documents are to be collected at the Legal Office in LG Secretariat Complex.
A tender fee shall be paid before issuance of tender documents and submission. The appropriate fee can be obtained from the above office.
