AUCTION SALES OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group (WBG), shall sell by sealed bid the under-mentioned motor vehicles on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 33a, Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

• All interested bidders are requested to view and verify the details by themselves as the vehicles are sold on “as is”, “where is”, “with all faults”, basis. No warranty or guarantee of any type will be offered by the WBG.
• Viewing will be on the day of sale from 10 am -11am.
• Written sealed bids must be submitted by 12pm on the day of the sale. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline.
• The vehicles will be offered for sale on a duty exclusive basis. Vehicles will be released only on production of evidence of duty payment and re-registration in the new owner’s name.
• The highest bidder must pay a 25% deposit immediately on the day of the sale by electronic transfer to the IFC account.
• The balance of 75% must be paid by a banker’s cheque by close of business on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, or the initial 25% will be forfeited.
• The sale is subject to a reserve price. IFC retains the right to reject any, or all, bids and further reserves the right to withdraw the vehicles from sale at any time, without recourse to any person.
• The fully paid and re-registered vehicles must be removed from the above premises before close of business on Friday, May 17, 2023.
