INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION / REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area in pursuit of its mandate and in compliance as requested in the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Law 2015 as amended in 2021.
Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area hereby invites for Expression of interest (EOI) from prospective Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants with the objective of pre-qualifying these contractors/suppliers/consultants to develop a data base of service provider with which Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards.

(5.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
This Expression of Interest must be submitted with the following:
(a) Covering letter duly signed by the Company’s authorized signatory(ies), Indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the three (3) heading (Goods; Works; Services
(b) Certificate of Incorporation/Business Name registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(c) Company’s Audited accounts for 2020, 2021 and 2022
(d) Company’s profile and organizational Structure with CV of key personnel with Professional Certificates
(e) Evidence of Financial capability (Reference Letter from reputable bank)
(f) Current Tax Clearance Certificate of fee Company and Two (2) Directors for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
(g) Evidence of technical capability (list of equipments)
(h) Possession of experience as Prime Contractor/Supplier/Consultant in at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contract award and certificates of job completion within the last Five (5) years from year 2017
(i) Exact verification location and full address/contact, Telephone numbers and Email address of authorized representative(s)
(j) Evidence of Technical partnership (Manufacturer’s Authorization where necessary)
(k) In case of Joint Venture, the company shall provide evidence of the joint venture agreement executed by all
(l) Evidence of Company Registration/Renewal with Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area
(m) Any additional information that may enhance your future consideration.
(6.0) NOTE:
EOI/Pre-qualification Submission
(n) Submission of documents must be in English only in four (4) copies (One original & 3 copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked submission of Pre-qualification for Goods; Works & Services (Choose which ever applicable)
(o) Interested applicants must note that Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them
(p) Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area shall deal directly with only the Authorized officers of the interested companies and not their agents
(q) The pre-qualification exercise shall NOT be construed as a commitment on the part of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area to award any contract
(r) Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies) in connection with responses to the Invitation

(7.0) SUBMISSION OF EOI/QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
