REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, CONSUMABLES AND REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY SYSTEM PARTS
REF: OTCI/G/NS/004/23

The Office of Transformation Creativity and Innovation thereby seek for Quotation for the above Procurement.

(2) For this purpose, you will find attached the schedule of goods to be supplied

(3) You are requested to complete Price schedule providing us your best offer and return this to us not later than 26 May 2023 at 12:00 Noon, addressed to the Director General indicating National Shopping for the Procurement of Management Information System, Consumable and Replacement of Faulty System Parts.

To Participate and be eligible to carry out the job as described above, you are required to show evidence of possession of the following:

(i) Registration with the State Government (Public Procurement Agency) with applicable contract category

(ii) Duly signed quotation letter/form

(4) This Price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price of the job. The job shall be done within one week from the date of contract signing. Your quotation shall remain valid for 60 days and shall include the signed contract, which will become the Contract in case of your quotation is retained

(5) Clarification can be asked before 12:00 noon 25 May 2023 at
