REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR IRRIGATION REPAIRS AND UPGRADE

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a competent irrigation company to carry out repairs installation, upgrade and commissioning of existing automated and pressurized pop-up sprinkler and drip irrigation system using the attached Statement of Work (SOW) as a guide.
A walk through has been scheduled for May 18, 2023. You are invited to take part in the walk through and prior to the scheduled date we need the name of your personnel that will attend the walk through no later than May 15, 2023 via this email address AbujaProcurement@State.gov
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following:
(1) All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line, copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
(2) Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes.
(3) Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
(4) Deadline for offer submission is May 23, 2023
(5) Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26. Please kindly fill, sign, and scan back the attached form to us with your quote.
(6) Vendor shall submit offer with SAM/UEI registration number.
Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Payment Term: Net 30.
