EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR VIDEOGRAPHY AND PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ON REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL CROSS-BORDER TRADE IN SELECTED ECOWAS STATES INCLUDING NIGERIA AND COTE D’IVOIRE IN ENGLISH, FRENCH AND SELECTED LOCAL LANGUAGES
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ EAT, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to procure “Videography and Photography services on regional agricultural cross-border trade in selected ECOWAS states including Nigeria and Cote d’Ivoire In English, French and selected local languages” with the following but not limited specification:
- At least 40 photos to document cross-border agri-trade within ECOWAS
- 12 short video clips (1 -3 minutes), one 20 video
- A general video to present a development cooperation project
- A documentary on challenges in agri-food cross-border trade
Accordingly, GIZ Invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) An official letter expressing interest
(b) Concise company profile
(c) Evidence of business registration
(d) Bank Introductory Letter.
(e) Evidence of tax payment.
(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs, Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a softcopy to NG_Quotation@giz.de on the email subject label as:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received via stated email by Wednesday 28 JUNE 2023 from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
