Quotations should be exclusive of VAT, as GGHN is VAT exempt as a non-governmental organization (NGO).
The validity of quotations should be at least 2 weeks after the deadline for submission.
Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations, along with their company documents, in soft copy to procurements@gghnigeria.org. Please address the email to: The Procurement Unit, George Global Health Nigeria (GGHN).
Ensure that your quotation is submitted before the close of business on 19 July 2023. Any quotations received after this date and time will not be taken into consideration.
Please note that if your organization is successful in the bid selection process, GGHN will withhold and remit the appropriate tax rate applicable to your professional services.
