EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ASSESSMENT OF HEALTH FINANCING LANDSCAPE FOR GLOBAL FUND INVESTMENT
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through the global project BACK-UP HEALTH, financed by the German Government and co-financed by FCDO UK, cordially invites interested and qualified Consultancy Firms to express their interest on the upcoming project;
ASSESSMENT OF HEALTH FINANCING LANDSCAPE FOR GLOBAL FUND INVESTMENT
Nigeria recently submitted and received approval for funding from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria towards implementation in the next cycle of the funds (2024-2-2026). Part of the resilient and sustainable systems for health (RSSH) proposal includes support for health financing in four States. This will principally focus on covering health insurance premiums for identified poor and vulnerable members of the population. The project is funded under the Resilient Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) component of Nigeria’s Global Fund grant and will be managed through the Principal Recipient for this component. The pre-implementation assessment seeks to lay the groundwork that would ensure efficient and evidence-informed planning and implementation of the health financing interventions. The primary management of the assessment will by the Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) of the Global Fund in Nigeria.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified Consulting Firms to express their interest by furnishing GIZ with the following information:
(a) An official letter expressing interest to engage in the tender process
(b) Company Registration Documents (CAC)
(c) CVs of all Consultants
(d) Reference of at least 3 similar projects you have conducted.
(e) Tax clearance certificate for the Iast3 years
To be considered for the tender, all interested consulting firms should submit the aforementioned documents as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle close, Asokoro, Abuja.
