EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ SKYE, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), would like to procure “IT Equipment” with the following but not limited specification:
- 30 units of All-in-one Desktop,
- 5 units of Laptop, 1 unit of projector,
- 1 unit of projector screen,
- 1 unit of printer,
- 2 units of stabilizer,
- 3 units of UPS,
- 10 units of extension socket
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest.
b. Concise company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
d. Bank Introductory Letter.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating annual average turnover of NGN 39,000,000 (minimum) in year 2019, 2020 and 2021 or more recent.
f. Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT Equipment’s with values that add up to minimum of NGN 39,000,000. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs | References.
