GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR YEAR 2022 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION 2020, 2021 & 2022 (MERGED) TETFUND PROJECT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION AND 2020, 2021 & 2022 (MERGED) TETFUND LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION
(1.0) INTRODUCTION:
The Management of Kaduna State University, Kaduna State hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Supplier, Vendors and the General Public that the University is to undertake the Procurement of Works, Goods and Services under the YEAR 2022 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION, 2020, 2021 & 2022 (MERGED) TETFUND PROJECT MAINTENANCE INTERVENTION AND 2020, 2021 & 2022 (MERGED) TETFUND LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION.
(2.0) SCOPE/DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS
(2.1) Zonal Intervention
| Lot 1 | 2 STM1 CAPACITY 310Mbps Duplex Internet access, Online Resource Subscription, Severs/All-in-One workstations/Laptop Machines, Solar Powered Inverter/Backup, WAN Solution Components, Structured LAN Cabling (Fiber/UTP Cabling) to Extend Access Training/Provision of Network Maintenance Tools |
(2.2) 2020-2022 (Merged) Annual Project Maintenance Intervention
Lot 2 Rehabilitation of 500 Seat Capacity Lecture Theatre at Kafanchan and the rehabilitation of 200 Seat Capacity Twin Lecture Theatres (SLT 2 & 3) for the Faculty of Science.
(2.3) 2020-2022 (Merged) Annual Project Maintenance Intervention
Lot 3 Procurement and Supply of Books Lot 4 Procurement and Supply of journals Lot 5 Supply and Installation of Library Furniture and Electrical Equipment
(3) Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various Projects mentioned above in the Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
(4) This Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(5) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including, but not limited to:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC2 and CAC7
(b) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022) valid till 31st December, 2023.
(c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023
(d) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023.
(e) Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023.
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2023 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(g) A sworn affidavit by a Director of the company certifying that:
(i) The document submitted are genuine and correct:
(ii) None of the Directors) of the company had ever been convicted by a Court of Law:
(iii) None of the officer of the relevant committees of the Kaduna State University or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
(iv) The company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition.
(h) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022), certified by a Chartered Accountant/Auditor.
(i) List of verifiable Construction equipment, whether owned, hire of lease with proof of ownership, purchase receipt or evidence of leasing/hiring.
(j) Evidence of registration with NITDA as an accredited ICT Vendor, Service Provider,
(k) Letter of authorisation as representatives of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs;
(l) Comprehensive Company Profile indicating technical and administrative staff strength, curriculum Vitae (CVs) stating phone numbers, academic and professional qualifications including photocopies of certificates and years of experiences of key personnel available for the Project. The technical staff should be registered with relevant Professional Bodies such as: COREN, CORBON, ARCON etc.;
(m) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
(n) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and photographs of the projects.
(o) Functional e-mail address and GSM numbers.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Kaduna State University, Kaduna State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder.
