INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST/PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (ADDENDUM)
Sequel to the advertisements placed in the Nigerian Tribune and Blueprint Newspapers of 13 March, 2023 by the National Assembly, seeking for suitable contractors to Pre-qualify in various categories and the subsequent Invitation to Tender (Financial) of 28 June, 2023 on the following projects:
(i) LOT 1S. Supply of Utility Vehicles for Principal officers of the 10th Assembly (Senate);
(ii) LOT 2S. Supply of Utility Vehicles for Presiding officers of the 10th Assembly (Senate);
(iii) LOT 3S. Supply of Assorted office Equipment to the 10th Assembly (Senate)
(iv) LOT 4S. Supply of office Furniture to the 10th Assembly (Senate);
(v) LOT 5S. Supply of Committee Vehicles to the 10th Assembly (Senate);
(vi) LOT 1H. Supply of Utility Vehicles for Principal officers of the 10th Assembly (H/Reps);
(vii) LOT 2H. Supply of Utility Vehicles for Presiding officers of the 10th Assembly (H/Reps);
(viii) LOT 3H. Supply of Assorted office Equipment to the 10th Assembly (H/Reps);
(ix) LOT 4H. Supply of office Furniture to the 10th Assembly (H/Reps); and.
(x) LOT 5H. Supply of Committee Vehicles to the 10th Assembly (H/Reps).
(2) The National Assembly wishes to notify companies invited to Tender on the afore-mentioned contracts, that the Bid Closing/Opening is as follows:
(i) Tender Closes at 1:30pm, Thursday, 20 July, 2023.
(ii) Bid Opening at 2:00pm, same date.
(iii) Venue: Procurement and Supplies Conference Room, Annex I, NASS Complex.
(3) This notice is strictly for companies invited to Tender (Financial) and all Terms and Conditions earlier issued applies.
