NOTE:

(1) The items are available for inspection at the specified location on the Tender Notice table from Tuesday 2nd of August, 2023, 9:00am to 3:00pm daily (working Days only)

(2) Interested, person or company should pay the prescribed Non-Refundable Fee for Bidding form at the Housing Unit, Around the Student Affairs Office showing evidence payment to appropriate account (See Mr. Ojuko-08032464649).

(3) Sale of biding form commences on 2 August, 2023 and submission of completed form closes on Tuesday, 22 August, 2023.        

(4) Completed Bidding Form(s) must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt of non-refundable fee paid and submitted to Housing Unit office in a sealed envelope and marked at the Right-Hand side “BID FOR ITEMS” with item’s Lot No. written in capital letter.

(5) Public opening of bids and auctioning is Wednesday, 30 August 2023 at 10.00am in Oduduwa Hall of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
