RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR WORKS FOR FY2023 CAPITAL PROJECTS (CORRIGENDUM)
(1) This is to inform the general public, particularly prospective bidders in respect of Bwari Area Council Tender Advertisement placed on both Daily Trust and Blue Print Newspapers of Thursday 03 August, 2023 of a typographical error in the Eligibility Requirements, Clause “g” (i). which read as follows:
Sworn Affidavit: “disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director. Shareholder or any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.”
(2) The aforestated error is now corrected to read as follows:
Sworn Affidavit: “disclosing whether or not any officer/staff of Bwari Area Council or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director. Shareholder or any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.”
(3) All other information in the original advertisement remains the same. Prospective bidders and the general public are to take note of the correction, please.
