INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL/FLIGHT TICKETING AND HOTEL/HOSPITALITY SERVICES
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of:
- Travel/Flight Ticketing
- Hotel/Hospitality Services (for all 36 states and F.C.T)
The Request for Proposal (RFP) containing Instructions to bidders, Terms of Reference and our Terms & Conditions can be requested by writing an email to admin.abuja@ifrc.org as per the schedule below:
Collections of RFPs Deadline for Seeking Enquiries Deadline for submission of sealed bids Between 10 – 31 August 2023 31 August 2023, 16:00hrs (Nigerian Time) 3 September 2023, 16:00hrs (Nigeria Time)
Please quote the appropriate RFP reference in the subject of your email requests and in all communications:

Please note that the offers MUST be submitted on or before the above deadline in HARD COPIES to IFRC Abuja Office at Plot 589 TOS Benson Crescent Utako FCT Abuja, Nigeria or ELECTRONIC COPIES sent to bids.abuja@ifrc.org
Both Technical and Financial Offers, complete in all respects, in separate sealed envelopes, should be received at the above address or email during office hours from 8:00hrs to 16:00hrs till 3 September, 2023.
IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
