REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE SALE OF CATTLE AT NIRSAL’S INTEGRATED COMMERCIAL LIVESTOCK PROGRAMME (ICLP) YOLA, ADAMAWA STATE
1. The Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL PLC) is a wholly owned corporation of the Central Bank of Nigeria, incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with the key mandate of de-risking agriculture and facilitating agribusiness.
2. In pursuit of its mandate, NIRSAL set up an Integrated Commercial Livestock Programme (ICLP) through which it seeks to optimize and modernize livestock production, specifically cattle, in Nigeria. To this end, NIRSAL is desirous of selling its cattle located at its ICLP facility in Yola as detailed in the table below:

3. The cattle will be available for inspection at the ICLP site located at Choci Valley Farms, Km 13, Yola-Fufore Road, Yola, Adamawa State from Tuesday, August 1, 2023, to Tuesday, August 15, 2023 (including Saturdays and Sundays) between 10:00am and 4:00pm daily.

4. All the cattle shall be sold to a single successful firm with the most responsive bid.
5. Interested firm(s) may obtain further information from 2nd Floor, NIRSAL PLC Headquarters, Plot A05/1581, Tigris Crescent, by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Building, Maitama, Abuja between 10:00am and 4:00pm, from Tuesday, August 1, 2023, to Monday, August 14, 2023.
6. All quotations must be registered and dropped in the box located on the 2nd floor at NIRSAL Plc, on or before 12:00noon, Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Electronic bidding is not permitted, and late quotations will be rejected.
7. Quotations submitted will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, by 12:30pm.
