INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS 2023-2025
Africa Human Capital Development Plus is an Independent platform funded by various donors, including Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), and serves as an African voice for advocacy, accountability, and transparency on Human Capital. Africa Human Capital Development Plus invites bids from competent firms/vendors for prequalification for supply of goods, and services listed below for 2023-2025 financial years. Interested and eligible suppliers are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category number and category name of good or services they wish to be considered for as indicated below. The tender documents can be requested through procurement@hcdplus.com

Pre-qualification documents indicating clearly the preferred category No…… and category Name…… shall be submitted to procurement@hcdplus.com . Suppliers and Service providers who meet the criteria for prequalification will be prequalified for the categories applied for and will form the list of contractors who will be given tender/quotation documents to bid for supply of goods and services under those categories on as when required basis. Prequalification documents must be received by HCD+ at the email address specified above on or before 20th September, 2023 at 12:00pm local time. Any application received after the deadline will be rejected at HCD+ offices. HCD+ does not bind itself to prequalify any supplier(s) or give reasons for its decision.
