Announcement:
The company intends to sell its assets located at its former Ewokoro Plant through a public auction. These assets include plants and machinery, iron racks, old paint and chemicals, and various office furniture, fittings and equipment. The land and building are also available for disposal through a negotiation process.

Description:

  • Land and Factory: two acres of land with a two-bay warehouse and stores on a fully concreted and fenced compound.
  • Plant and Machinery: Fully Functional plant and machinery for the production of paints and related products, including generators.
  • Finished Goods; Large quantities of paints from various brands.
  • Chemicals: Numerous bags of chemicals
  • Packaging Materials: A significant number of plastic and metal cans.
  • Office furniture: various office furniture items, including chairs, tables, and air conditioners.
  • Diesel Tanks, Industrial Iron racks, weigh bridge, electric transformer, water reservoir and more.

Auction Details:

  1. Venue: KM 46 Lagos/Abeokuta Expressway by Lafarge Cement Ewekoro, Ogun State.
  2. Inspection days: 18th, 19th and 20th of October, 2023. Time 9am to 4pm.
  3. Auction day: 21st of October, 2023 Time: 10am

Conditions of sale:

  1. The company and the Auctioneer will not provide any assistance (manpower or mechanical) for any purchased items.
  2. Successful bidders must make full payment immediately through bank transfers (cheques are not acceptable)
  3. Purchased items must be removed from the premises within 24 hours of payment receipt and documented handover by the Auctioneer.
  4. Returns of paid items are not allowed
