Between Savannah Sugar Company and Foundation Solid Company and Foundation Solid Nigeria Ltd.
- There shall be no reserve price.
- The highest bidder shall be declared the purchaser and if any dispute arises as to who is the highest bidder, the sale shall be drawn for further bidding.
- The Purchaser shall immediately pay to the Bailiff the amount of the sales.
- No cheques shall be accepted.
