EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN PHASE III AND TV AND MAGAZINE SERIES (ADDENDUM)

The Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project hereby issue this addendum for the following Assignments that appeared in the Daily Trust Newspaper of Monday, January 22, 2024 on page 37 and Thisday Newspaper of Monday, January 22, 2024 on page 29 for:

1. National Communications Campaign Phase III.
2. TV and Magazine Series.

This addendum seeks to add/amend the two Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) advertised as follows:
A. The Method of Application below supersedes the earlier one issued in the initial advert referred to above:

Method of Application/Submission of EOIS:
Interested Consultants should submit Expression of Interest detailing the following information as basis for pre-qualification:

  • Profile of firm/consortium including ownership structure and role of each corporate entity with full contact details of each firm;
  • Proof of valid registration (ie. certificate of incorporation with CAC) in the last 5-10 years plus;
  • Evidence of successful delivery of at least two similar assignments within the last 5 years plus PenCom, NSITF, etc.
  • Evidence of designing and implementing comprehensive communication and Behavioural Change Campaigns.
  • Track record/experience of successful delivery/completion of at least two similar communication assignments within the last 5 years
  • Multilateral experience (World Bank, AfDB, DID etc.) in similar field of assignment particularly in West African region with ssimilarity in size, complexity, technology. operational context, and economic and social settings of the client country.

The closing date for submission of the two assignments has now been extended to Thursday, February 8, 2024 by 3:00pm.
