INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The authority of Alimosho Local Government in her determination to fulfil the mandate of improving the welfare and well-being of the electorates hereby invites applications from prospective Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers with the objectives of Pre-qualifying these Contractors Consultants and Services Providers to develop a Data based with which Alimosho Local Government will partner biding processes and Contract awards.

WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Construction of the following Roads and Drainages.
a. Oremeji Street
b. Alfred Olaiya Street
c. Lawal Street
d. Awori Street
e. Vincent Street
f. Olorunadaba Street
g. Sekoni Street
h. Odunlala Street
i. Ifenirepo Street

OTHER PROJECTS INCLUDE
j. Construction of the CBT Center, Crèche and Library
k. Landscaping of the Council Secretariat
l. Redesigning of Alimosho Local Government Area Office
m. CCTV Installation

GOODS
n. Procurement of Medical Equipment at the PHCs
o. Solar Panel Installation @Alimosho Local Government
p. Construction of the markets. (Bot) PPP.

SERVICES
Q. Consultancy on Training and Manpower development

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Covering Letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatories.
  • Company’s Profile, Certificate of Incorporation/registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC)
  • Company’s Audited Account for 3 years
  • Evidence of financial capabilities (Reference letters from reputable banks willing to provide line of credit for projects execution, if necessary.
  • Evidence of Technical Capability(List of Company’s Hardware)
  • Evidence of registration with Alimosho Local Government as a Contractor depending on categories
  • Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/ Consultant/ Supplier in at least Two(2), projects of similar nature and complexity backed by verifiable letters of contract awards and certificate of job completion within the last three years.
  • Evidence of payment of Radio and Television Permits, (Residential and Corporate)

NOTE

  • Alimosho Local Government will be absolved from any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies), in connection with responses to this invitation.
  • Local Government has the alienable right to verify claims made in Pre-Qualification documents submitted by the applicants.
  • The area of competence and capability is of essence before the submission of any application.
  • Application must be in English Language only in three(3) copies (one original and two copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked submission of application of qualification documents for Works and infrastructure, Goods and Services or Non-consulting Services

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Application must be enclosed in a sealed envelope as indicated and addressed to:
