INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REHABILITATION OF OYO STATE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE COMMISSION’S COMPLEX, SECRETARIAT, IBADAN
Applications are hereby invited from suitable and qualified contractors to bid for the rehabilitation of Oyo State Local Government Service Commission’s Complex, Secretariat, Ibadan. The building which had earlier been completed was partially destroyed by the recent Bomb blast which occurred at Adeyi Street, Bodija area of Ibadan.
The rehabilitation work includes: Building components, services, Roof coverings, damaged block walls, ceilings and other finishing items.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of payment of N250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only tender fee to Ibadan North Local Government revenue UBA account number 1022856903 (NON REFUNDABLE).
3. Presentation of three (3) years tax clearance certificate.
4. Evidence of financial capability to handle the project.
5. Evidence of projects executed in the past.
Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the office of the Head of Local Government Administration within 7 days starting from the date of this publication. (17 May 2024)
