INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1. INTRODUCTION
SURULERE LOCAL GOVERNMENT invites expression of interest from prospective contractors for the following;

11. Rehabilitation and Renovation of Surulere Primary School Block A, B & C
12. Supply of 40KVA/PERKINS engine, & 60KVA

16. Rehabilitation re-running and replacement of plumbing work at Akere Health Centre in Surulere Local Government
17. Supply of Electronics and information technology gadget to Surulere Local Government
18. Supply of Vocational and Technology equipment to Surulere Local Government
19. Supply of Furniture and working tools to Surulere Local Government
20. Construction & Rehabilitation of 3-classroom at Anglican Primary School Surulere
21. Construction & Rehabilitation of 3-classroom at Anglican Primary School Surulere.
22. Configuration and installation of internet facilities within the council secretariat.
3. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The expression of interest must be submitted in the following order;
a. Cover letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the four (4) headings (Goods, Works, Consulting services and Non-consulting services).
b. Certificate of incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
c. Company Audited accounts for the year (2021, 2022, 2023);
d. Company profile and organization structure with the CV of key personnel with professional certificates.
e. Evidence of financial capability (reference letter from reputable bank capable and willing to provide line of credit for project execution, if required).
f. Current tax clearance certificate of the company and two directors for the last three years (2021, 2022, 2023);
g. Evidence of technical capacity (list of equipment staffing etc)
h. Possession of experience as prime contractor/consultants/suppliers in at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contracts of award and certificate of completion within the last five (5) years.
i. Exact verifiable location and full address contact; telephone numbers and email address of authorized representative.
j. Evidence of technical partnership (manufacturers authorization where necessary)
k. In case of joint ventures, the company shall provide evidence of joint venture agreement executed by all parties in the joint venture.
l. Evidence of company registration/renewal with Surelere Local Government Area.

4. NOTE
i. EOI/Pre-qualification submission should be very clear about the area(s) of competence and interest.
ii. Submission must be submitted in English language in Four(4) copies one original and three copies sealed in an envelope clearly marked submission of pre-qualification documents for Goods, Works, Consulting services and Non-consulting services (choose whichever is applicable).
iii. Interested applicants must note that Surelere Local Government Area reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them.
iv. Surelere Local Government Area shall deal directly with only the authorized officers of interested companies and not their agents.
v. The prequalification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Surelere Local Government Area.
vi. Surelere Local Government Area will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies) in connection with responses to this invitation.
vii. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information at the procurement offices, Surelere Local Government Area.
viii. Non-refundable fee of N25, 000 for bidding documents.
5. SUBMISSION OF EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Applications must be enclosed in a sealed envelope as indicated in Note (ii) above and address to the Executive Chairman Surelere Local Government and submitted to Procurement office by 12:00 on Wednesday 22nd May, 2024.
