The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to furnish 200 rolls of 3ft diameter concertina wires.

You are invited to submit a quotation.  
 Please include shipping options to two locations: 
1. USDA Street Address: U. S. Embassy, Abuja   
2801 Route 130 Unit 1,    Attn: IKUN LLC, North Brunswick NJ    08902 USA.		 
  1. Embassy Warehouse
    Plot 1129 Durumi District
    Near American International School
    Abuja.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:

  1. Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to the following email address ‘Abujaprocurement@state.gov; subject line ‘RFQ #PR12536907 – Furnish 200 Rolls of Concertina Wire’
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is June 12, 2024
  6. Please include your Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number (that replaced DUNS Number) and your valid SAM Registration/Certification.
  7. Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, please you are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT be eligible for award.

Payment term is Net 30.

FAR 52.212-4 (Commercial Items) applies to this RFQ. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
