1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Agro-Climatic Resilience in Arid and Semi- Arid Landscape Project (BNACReSAL), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the following:
a. Procurement of Swamp Buggy, Lowbed Truck and Pilot Vehicle.
b. Procurement of 2no. Bulldozer, Lowbed and 2no. Grader for creating rural Access Roads for farmers
c. Procurement and installation of solar power for Benue Television and Radio Benue.
2. The Benue State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Arid and Semi- Arid Landscape Project (BNACReSAL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for;

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 fifth edition (Procurement regulations) and is open to all procurement regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Benue State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (BN-ACRESAL) and inspect the bidding documents from 09:00am to 17:00hours in the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Naira (NGN125,000). The method of payment will be Bank draft in favor of the Project Coordinator, Benue State – Nigeria Agro-Climatic Resilience in Arid- and Semi-Arid Landscapes Project or pay directly into this bank account; Benue State Acresal interest account, Polaris, Account number 4060015438 and bring the payment evidence to the address below. The bidding document will be sent to the bidder by email or courier on request at the cost of the bidder.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am, on Thursday July 18, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 11:00am Thursday July 18, 2024.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated above.
8. Attention is drawn to the procurement regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the contract award notice, using the Beneficial ownership disclose form as included in the bidding document.
