INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PRINTING OF IEC MATERIAL
RFQ NG15143
CRS, an international Non-governmental organization, is seeking quotations from suppliers with experience in printing of national HMIS tools. The tender document contains all the necessary information for interested Bidders.
Companies or organizations should indicate their interest in submitting a proposal for the anticipated contract by sending an email indicating their intention to nigeriaprocurement@crs.org on or before 5 pm on 11th June 2024 with the subject heading “RFQNG15143 PRINTING OF IEC MATERIALS”. Then tender document will be shared with all interested bidders on or before 5pm on the 12th of June 2024.
CRS realizes that Bidders may have additional questions after reading this RFP. Interested Bidders can submit their questions to nigeriaprocurement@crs.org according to the instructions in the RFQ. If necessary, CRS will provide answers to all relevant questions by email to all companies or organizations that expressed interest.
This RFQ does not obligate CRS to execute a contract, nor does it commit CRS to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, CRS reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of CRS.
