INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SALE OF USED IT EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE
The IOM Lagos sub-office asset disposal committee (ADC) now invites interested bidders to submit bids for the sale of various unserviceable IT Equipment, Furniture and fixtures (as-is).

INSPECTION DAYS
The bidder who wishes to view the items must send an email to with scanned means of identification. Business License/National ID/Driver’s License colua@iom.int with the subject “Interested to view” no later than Thursday 27th June, 3:30pm. Inspection can be done at the IOM Lagos office located at No 1 Isaac John Street Ikeja GRA Lagos State strictly from Monday 1st July to Thursday 4th July 2024 between 3:30pm – 4:00pm. Only registered bidders would be allowed into the IOM premises with a valid means of identification.

BID FORMAT: All bids must contain the following information; lot number, description and bid price in PDF format with subject: AD/001/LOS/2024- Bid for sale of IOM IT Equipment, furniture, and fixture and sent to iomlagostenders@iom.int. The Bidder shall complete the bid form found on the link below;

- Requests for clarification from bidders will not be accepted by any later than 3 days before the submission deadline. Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated through email by 4th July, 2024.
- Bids close at 16:30hrs on Monday 8th July, 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be disqualified.
- Bids shall remain valid for Forty-Five (45) days from the deadline of submission.
- The winning bidder must take responsibility to remove and transport the goods out of the premises. Bid winner has 1 working day to settle the full amount paid to IOM; otherwise, the bid will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
- IOM’s liability shall cease as soon as 100% payment is made and the deed of sale is signed. There will be no refund after payment, even after failure to provide subsequent documentation.
