AUCTION SALES OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The International Rescue Committee Inc, hereinafter referred to as “IRC” is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.

The IRC has been operating in Nigeria in October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRC emergency response team with local partner CISCOPE (Civil Society Coalition for Poverty Eradication, implemented a project to support livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi State from February to May 2013. This was followed by a three months nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Katsina and Zamfara.

This Notice of Sale informs the public that the IRC will offer for sale by auction the following items;

3 Vehicles:

Lot 1Prado Jeep – Mubi
Lot 2Toyota Hilux – Mubi
Lot 3Toyota Hilux – Damaturu

INSPECTION
These items may be inspected – Wednesday 3rd July, 2024 – Fridays 5th July 2024 (10:00am to 3:00pm) at the – IRC offices stated below.

Lot 1 and 2: Behind the NRC office, Along Adamawa State University Chapel Gate. Mubi North LGA

Lot 3: plot 30/32 off Alkali Street, GRA Main, commissioners quarters, Damaturu Yobe State.

BID SUBMISSION
Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC through an online dedicated email as shown below no later than Friday, 10th July 2024 by 3:00pm.

BID OPENING AND EVALUATION
Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on Tuesday 16th July 2024 at 10:00am and the successful bidders will be informed the same day.

The subject of the mail must show the lot being bided for e.g Lot 1 (Prado Jeep – Mubi). Note that any mail not carrying a specified subject will be rejected.

Acceptance of your Bid(s) and any other subsequent contract are subject to IRC terms and conditions. IRC does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid.
