B. Delivery expectation

D. Submission of quotation/clarification
Interested individuals or entities are requested to submit their company profile with the quotation and all the required information listed below:
Required details
- Product offered (name make and model with full specification)
- Warranty period if applicable
- Year of manufacture
- Vehicle chassis number
- Country of origin
- Kilometer covered
- Colour
- Attach evidence of experience in supplying similar vehicle
- Attach pictures of the vehicle if available
The quotation must be in Naira (NGN) and signed by authorized representatives of the bidding company or individual.

All documents required by this RFQ must be received in the dedicated email nigeria.quotations@tearfund.org NOT LATER THAN 2:00PM (Nigeria Time) on Wednesday July, 10th 2024.
Tearfund reserves the right to vary any part of this RFP at the time of award if it becomes necessary.
Tearfund is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted, but charges Withholding Tax (WTH) in compliance with Relevant National Tax Laws.
Tearfund designee will answer any questions up to 18:00hrs on Friday 23rd February, 2024 in relation to this RFP; hence any request for clarification should be addressed to the Logistics via Nigeria quotations@tearfund.org
