REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR OVERHAUL OF TWO 375KVA GENERATORS

The U. S. EMBASSY, ABUJA, requires the services of a contractor to OVERHAUL TWO 375KVA GENERATORS in one of the locations within Abuja (as per the SOW that we shall provide during the site inspection).
If you are interested in this solicitation, kindly provide the names of your representatives (at most two) not later than July 14, 2024, for the site inspection scheduled as follows:
Date: Thursday, July 18, 2024.
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: (within Abuja – we shall communicate details to those that express interest)
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
For a valid proposal, please note the following:
- Please email all responses to this SOLICITATION to AbujaProcurement@state.gov with the solicitation number (PR12659282) in the subject line.
- Please include your performance schedule, specifications, samples, pictures, or complete drawings (where applicable) with the proposal.
- Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, AND proof of compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
- The deadline for offer submission is July 24, 2024.
- We may not contact those with unsuccessful offers.
