REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/ REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY SOLUTION PROJECT (ADDENDUM)
PROJECT NUMBER: RFP-2024-05-001
With reference to the advertisement by ALP Professional Service Limited (“ALP PSL”) on behalf of its client, inviting qualified and interested parties to submit their qualifications for pre-qualification, to participate in the subsequent proposal process for the end-to-end Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a solar PV System to be integrated into the power supply infrastructure of the building of its client and as published in the following newspapers:
a) Daily Trust Newspaper (Page 24), Business Day Newspaper (Page A!) and Tribune Newspaper (Page 8) of Tuesday 4 june 2024;
b) Punch Newspaper (Page 10), Vanguard Newspaper (Page 15) and this Day Newspaper (Page 14) of Wednesday 5 june 2024;
c) Daily Trust Newspaper (Page 17), Business Day Newspaper (Page 2 ) and Tribune Newspaper (page %) of Thursday 6 June 2024; and
d) Punch Newspaper (Page 12) and This Day Newspaper (Page 12) of Friday 7 June 2024; and
e) Vanguard Newspaper (page 9) of Saturday 8 June 2024
The Request For Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is hereby modified as set forth in this Addendum. The original RFPQ remains in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the RFPQ. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Proposal.
Paragraph 4 (Required Pre-Qualification Documents) is hereby amended to include an additional item (i) as follows:
1) Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of interim Registration report (IRR) expiring 31stDecember 2024 or valid certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement.
All other information and conditions of the pre-qualification in the original advertisement remain the same and valid.
The deadline for submission has been extended to Tuesday, 2nd July, 2024.
