1. INTRODUCTION
The federal republic of Nigeria has received a loan of US$60 million equivalent from the international fund for agricultural development (IFAD) toward the cost of the livelihood improvement family enterprise project- Niger delta (LIFE-ND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for the following consulting services and procurement of goods under this program. Specifically, the following consultancy services and goods are required:

All procurements financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the IFAD Procurement Guidelines 2010 and IFAD procurement handbook and are open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligible firms who wish to express their interest in these services should submit proposals with all statutory documentation to the address below:- interested eligible firms should request the expression of interest (REOI) document to the under-listed email address stating the exact activity/services they are interested in/requesting for.
3. COLLECTION OF EXPRESSION OF INTERESTS DOCUMENTS

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Instructions regarding preparation and submission of the EOI are contained in the REOI document.
5. DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING REOI DOCUMENT: the deadline for requesting REOI documents shall be 1st of August, 2024 and should be addressed to the below email address.
6. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
EOIs must be delivered to the address below as stated in the REOI document for each activity/service. EOIs shall be evaluated activity-wise and a firm shall not be awarded more than one–activity/service.
Late EOIs will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives, who choose to attend at the address below as stated in the REOI document.
