PUBLIC NOTICE
RE: INVITATION TO TENDER/ PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EXECUTION OF 2024 APPROPRIATION (CORRIGENDUM)
1.0 The Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy wishes to draw the public’s attention to its earlier advert published in the Punch and Daily Trust newspaper and the federal tender’s journal on Monday, July 22 2024 in respect of various projects under the ministry’s 2024 capital appropriation that this publication serves as a corrigendum to the said advertisement.
2.0 the ministry wishes to inform prospective bidders and the general public that due to circumstances beyond its control:
a. The deadline for submission of expression of interest (EOI) advertised under categories CS (Consultancy projects) has been extended from Monday 5th August 2024 to 12:00 noon Monday, 2nd September 2024.
b. Similarly, the deadline for categories GS (Goods) and WS (Works) has been extended from Monday 26th August 2024 to 12:00 noon on Monday, 2nd September 2024.
3.0 Consequently, prospectively applicants can still submit their EOIs and Bids till the expiration of the new deadline.
4.0 The EOIs and technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 2nd September 2024.
5.0 Any EOIs/Bids submitted after the deadline for submission will be returned unopened.
6.0 Please note that all other information in the original advertisement remains valid.
7.0 The ministry regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
