INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ULTRA-MODERN SEED PROCESSING FACTORY IN GOMBE

The Premier Seed Nigeria Limited invites sealed tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of an Ultra-Modern Seed Processing Factory in Gombe State. The proposed facility will serve as a center for seed processing, storage, and distribution.
Scope of Work
The project entails the construction of a fully equipped seed processing factory, including but not limited to:
- Site preparation and foundation work.
- Construction of processing units, storage facilities, and administrative offices.
- Electrical, plumbing, and installations.
- Landscaping and external works.
- Compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:
- A valid business registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Demonstrable experience in similar construction projects.
- Adequate financial capacity to undertake the project.
- Evidence of technical capability, including qualified personnel and relevant equipment.

Bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their bids:
- Detailed project plan, including timelines and milestones.
- Comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Valid tax clearance certificate.
