REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF LAPTOP COMPUTER

(a) BACKGROUND
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is one of the leading national nongovernmental organizations with a vision to promote a healthy and safe society where everyone thrives. Our mission is to improve quality of life for people, especially the vulnerable groups, through inclusive and community-led programming.
With funding from USAID to implement Accelerating Control of the HIV/AIDS Epidemic in Nigeria (ACE-1), the Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is inviting qualified and authorized IT Equipment Suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the supply of Laptop Computer as detailed below:

Notes:
Equipment must be from authorized channel and covered with appropriate support warranty of not less than 2 years.
AHNI will not hesitate to sanction any bidder that supplies substandard products. BRAND NAME AND MODEL must be indicated (the product brand and model you are quating for) should be clearly stated on your quotation.

(c) MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
No Tender Requirement 1 Company Profile: registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company 2 Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC Registration, FORM CO2 and FORM CO7) or Registration of Business Name or any other equivalent valid document from CAC 3 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (Please note that we will scan the QR Code on your TCC to validate authenticity) 4 Evidence of Financial Capability (a copy of most recent and signed audited report) 5 Bank Reference Letter duly authenticated by the bank and addressed to AHNi (please note that a bank reference letter obtained in 2024 for any similar notice s from AHNi can be validly submitted) 6 OEM authorization Letter or Certificate of Registration to deal on the quoted laptop computer (please note that the submission of OEM authorization for any other brand other than the one quoted is not admissible) 7 Verifiable evidence of experience in the award(s) of laptops or desktop computers only of similar scope, complexity, and value within the two years. Bidders must provide copy(les) of job orders or contracts as well as proof of delivery(ies) 8 Financial Quotation and the Essential Commercial Terms
(d) EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
Bidders must ensure that all requested information in (c) are included in the submission documentation. Proposals will be evaluated against the follows:

(e) SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS: Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-7) and Financial
Quotation including commercial terms (Criteria 8) must be submitted in 2 separate envelopes, signed by an authorized
representative as applicable, and properly labeled with the bidder’s company name on one side of the envelope as well as its content on the other side of the envelope (e.g., Envelop 1- Technical Document, Envelop 2-Financial Quotation). You are
expected to submit these two (2) envelopes inside one big
envelope, addressed, and submit the same in hard copy to:

(f) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS:
- For clarification on any aspect of this Request for Quotation (RFQ), please send an email reflecting the RFQ title to Acebay.Procurement@Ahnigeria.org
- AHNI is value-added tax (VAT) exempt but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigerian tax laws. All proposal documents submitted, including the price, must be valid for 30 days from the proposal due date. This includes but is not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement; a standard manufacturer’s warranty for various equipment requests must apply.
- AHNI requires compliance with the policies on Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act (VAPPA, 2015) from its suppliers and partners. All prospective bidders must be compliant with these important policies.
(g) CLOSING DATE:
All completed proposal documentation must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. GMT.
